Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy
At Potier Studio, we do our best to ensure your products reach you quickly and safely. Below, you’ll find all the important information about shipping your orders.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, such as promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Portugal – Priority Mail (Correio Azul): €3 or free on orders over €75 (Delivery in 1–5 business days)

  • European Union – Priority Mail (Correio Azul): €6 or free on orders over €150 (Delivery in 5–15 business days)

  • Rest of the World – Priority Mail (Correio Azul): €12 (Delivery in 5–15 business days)

Shipping Tracking
All orders shipped with tracking options, such as Priority Mail, include a tracking number. This number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may be charged upon arrival at the destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. We recommend checking your country’s policies before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues
If your package is damaged during transit or if you notice any issue with the delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and find an appropriate solution. If your package is lost or misplaced by the carrier, we will do our best to resolve the situation with them.

Changes to the Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If you need to change the address after payment, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped and is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We cannot resell earrings once they leave our facilities. And, as we are a small business, we are not able to accept and process returns unless the item is defective or has been damaged during shipping. Should this happen, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Claims
To submit a claim regarding a used product purchased from Potier Studio, you may do so in person at a physical market (free of charge) or send the item by mail for evaluation (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
Once the item arrives, the claim will be analyzed within a maximum of 5 business days.
A refund will only be issued if the claim is accepted and no identical replacement item is available.
