How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, except in specific cases, in which the customer will be informed. After shipping, the delivery time is between 2-5 business days, depending on the type of shipping and the destination.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, there are several gift-wrapping options available. For simple wrapping (free), just indicate in your order that you would like it. For special wrapping (paid), you will need to add it to your cart along with the order. **Note:** Special wrapping is only suitable for one pair of earrings or a set (earrings and ring / earrings and necklace / necklace and ring). It is not possible to wrap two pairs of earrings together.
What material are the earrings made of? Should I take any special care with them?
All pieces are made from polymer clay (FIMO) and stainless steel. Although FIMO and stainless steel are highly durable, I recommend avoiding submerging them in water, bathing, or sleeping while wearing the pieces, as it may affect their longevity and quality.
The earrings I wanted are sold out, what now?
If your favorite earrings are sold out, you can always get in touch with us to check if it's possible to make them again as a custom order.
